Return and Refund Policy

Given the nature of our Products (perfumes) and hygiene considerations, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds unless there is a proven defect or damage at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us via email at contact @kamasa.in  within 48 hours of delivery, provide your order number, photographic evidence of the damage/defect, and retain the product in its original condition.
Upon verification of the defect/damage, we will, at our discretion, either arrange for a replacement or issue a refund of the purchase price (less any shipping costs). The refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement request if the product shows signs of misuse, tampering, alteration, or if the claim is made after the stipulated timeframe.
We are not responsible for incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising from your purchase or use of the Products.
Cancellation policy You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request cancellation, please email contact @kamasa.in  immediately with your order details. If the order has already been dispatched, you will be subject to the returns & refund policy outlined above.
Once the product has shipped, cancellation is not possible and you must follow the damaged/defect claim process.
 Communication & tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email (if applicable) with tracking information. You should monitor the shipment and promptly report any loss or damage during transit.
We cannot refund shipping costs incurred by you unless we determine that the damage/defect was our responsibility.
